Terms & Conditions – OneTo7 Safety Nets

1. Scope of Services

We provide supply and installation of safety nets, invisible grills, cloth hangers, and related home-improvement solutions. Every service is carried out by trained technicians following standard installation practices.

2. Pricing

All prices shared in quotations or conversations are based on the measurements and requirements provided at that moment.

Actual pricing may change after the final site measurement.

Any additional materials, extra rods, custom fittings, or special labour will be billed separately.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be shared before installation.

Final payment must be cleared immediately after the job is completed.

Digital payment options (UPI, bank transfer, QR code) are available.

4. Site Access & Responsibilities

The customer must ensure:

  • Clear access to the installation area
  • Permission from the building management, if required
  • Proper measurement confirmation with our team

We’re not responsible for delays caused due to access issues or building restrictions.

5. Warranty

Our products come with warranty based on the material chosen.

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

It does not cover:

  • Physical damage after installation
  • Damage caused by pets, external forces, construction activity, misuse, or tampering
  • Natural wear and tear over time

Invisible grills: operating mechanism and wires are covered only as per the specific product warranty.

6. After-Sales Support

We provide support for adjustments or checks within the warranty period.

Any non-warranty service, repair, or reinstallation will have a service charge.

7. Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels after material is processed or dispatched, material charges apply.

For same-day cancellations after the team reaches the site, a visit charge will be applicable.

8. Installation Conditions

  • Our team will follow safety standards while working at heights.
  • We will not drill or install in restricted structural areas as defined by the customer or building association.
  • If the customer insists on installation in a restricted area, they assume full responsibility for damages.

9. Material Ownership

Materials remain the property of OneTo7 Safety Nets until full payment is received.

10. Liability

We install safety nets and grills to reduce risk, not eliminate it entirely.

We are not liable for:

  • Accidents due to misuse or negligence
  • Structural issues of the building
  • Any damage caused due to forces beyond our control

11. Photography & Portfolio Usage

We may take installation photos for documentation and portfolio purposes.

If you don’t want photos used publicly, inform our team in advance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.

Any disputes will be handled under local jurisdiction.
